The Tavern at Gibbs is a classic American Tavern featuring steaks, prime rib, pork chops, and seafood along with trendy cocktails, rotating draft beers, local and international wines, and a great selection of bourbons, whiskies, and tequilas. All this in an upscale casual environment with plenty of outdoor dining for those warm summer nights.

   Executive chef and owner Ken Ellingham has an extensive food service background in iconic local restaurants and hotels. Tavern at Gibbs is his dream and passion. He and his team are driven to make sure that you enjoy every moment of your visit.
